On-Site Project Support
If you have new performance improvement teams, or are tackling large, complex projects, Proofpoint advisors are a valuable on-site resource. Our advisors work with your teams on their first real-time projects, guidng them to accelerate project completion, advising them on how to ensure project success, and effectively transferring our experience and abilities to your organization. Proofpoint's advisors are experts in performance analysis, project management, and consulting, each having completed 50-150 performance improvement projects.

Ask the Expert This 2-hour training session is a unique way to gain expert advice on a specific element of your improvement effort as you use PASS. Participate from your home, at the office, or while away – all you need is a computer, telephone and an Internet connection for GoToMeeting access.

The PASS "How-to" Clinic Proofpoint's half-day seminars are an effective way to get your team up and running – fast. You'll walk through a brief session on how to conduct performance analyses and learn the basics of using PASS successfully. This session is based on actual user experience and input from industry leading performance experts. Participate from home, at the office, or while away – all you need is a computer, telephone, and an Internet connection for GoToMeeting access.

$750 per participant
  • Required for QuickPASS users.
Performance Analysis in a Real Environment This 2-day simulation program is designed for enterprise users of PASS. The program focuses on performance consulting practices and how PASS supports those efforts. Two days of in-class simulation and a half-day of follow up via GoToMeeting and telephone.

$1200 per participant; 10 participants minimum.
  • A must do for ComPASS purchasers.
  • Useful for QuickPASS users who want in-depth understanding and practice in performance consulting.
Managing Organizational Performance This half-day familiarization program is also available to executives and managers. Half-day of training via GoToMeeting and telephone.

$450 per participant
  • A great session for leaders who want to better understand how to use the data in their Proofpoint systems to manage their organizations.
